Thank you for shopping with Vandana Beauty Centre (“we,” “our,” “us”). We value your trust and aim to deliver every order with care and quality. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed on https://vandanapala.com/ and payment is confirmed, it is immediately processed for dispatch.
Therefore, we do not accept order cancellations through our website or by any other means once the order is placed.
Please ensure all product details, quantities, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Return and Refund in Case of Damaged or Missing Items
While we do not accept cancellations, customers are eligible for a return or refund only if they receive a damaged or missing item.
To be eligible:
You must record a clear unboxing video showing the entire opening process of the sealed package.
The video must clearly display the shipping label, product, and the issue (damage or missing item).
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you received a damaged or incomplete order:
Email us at vandanabcpala@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and attach the unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Once verified, we will guide you through the return or refund process.
Please note:
Requests received after 48 hours or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed only after verification of the returned product and issue.
4. No Cancellations After Dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or recalled.
If you wish to report an issue after delivery, please follow the return process mentioned above.
