This Shipping Policy explains how Vandana Beauty Centre (doing business as “VBC”) operates its shipping procedures and how we strive to meet your expectations with every order. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a returning customer, we want your experience with us to be smooth and satisfying — from placing your order to receiving your package at your doorstep.
1. Shipping and Delivery Options
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers across Kerala and India.
All orders are shipped using reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
2. Flat Rate Shipping
To ensure affordability and simplicity, we offer Flat Rate Shipping with free delivery under specific conditions:
Free Delivery within Kerala: on orders above ₹500
Free Delivery across India: on orders above ₹1,000
For orders below these limits, a minimal standard shipping fee will apply, displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Methods
We currently offer a simple and reliable shipping method:
Standard Delivery: 3–10 Business Days
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and customers usually receive their items within the specified delivery timeframe.
In certain cases, we may collaborate with third-party suppliers or courier partners who handle inventory and shipment to ensure faster delivery.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once it has been shipped.
5.Delayed Orders
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unexpected delays may occur due to:
Logistics or courier challenges
Weather conditions
High demand or festive seasons
Transportation or carrier issues
We are committed to handling such situations with transparency. In case of a delay, we’ll promptly notify you with updates about your order and the new expected delivery timeline.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vandanabcpala@gmail.com with:
Your order number, and
A clear unboxing video showing the issue.
A product unboxing video is mandatory for any claim related to damage, defect, or missing products.
Without it, we won’t be able to process replacements or refunds.

7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address details provided by customers.
In such cases, reshipping may incur an additional fee.
